QotD: Not Allowed In The Cart

What item(s) do you have to prevent yourself from buying at the grocery store?

Do to recent events in my life there are now many things that are not allowed in the cart. For the most part, let's start with all things sugar. Yes that is correct, I found out that I have Diabetes. Someday I may post the whole story.  So yes I miss the cookies, chocolate, wine, pop tarts, chocolate, did I say chocolate? I need to watch the salt as well cuz  the blood is a little high as well.  Less chips, crackers, and such. Not that the diet was bad to start with. It runs in the family so i am sure that it was just a matter of time. My Grandmother and Mother are both affected by the Diabetes. In the mean time I have lost almost 20 lbs. Some say I look to thin. I think 6.1, 220 with a 34'' waist is oky. So that is my short story about my cart. 3 months ago it would not have been the same.
