I Have A Return !!!!!

Ok so I work in retail and some days I just can not believe what people have the nerve to return.  "This toothbrush holder is all moldy at the bottom so I need to return it. You should be able to open the bottom and clean it so it must be a manufacture defect. "  It was a year old.  This is  a good one . " We just bought these and when we took them out of the package, "My wife broke one. Can you give us one of yours that you have on display?"  I'm like WOW.  That is not even the tip of the iceberg. It's just not me. I would never even think of  doing such a thing. I do not return stuff. I do no open packages. I do not go back for price adjustments. Well accept that one time when the very next day my BIG SCREEN was  on sale for $1500. less. Anyways I did the almost unthinkable yesterday. I took back some... some... some, well okay I will say it UNDERWEAR. Okay I said it. Let me just tell you how embracing it all was.
