Birthday Week

OMG, where do start. It all started last week, Sunday the 7th. I had to work but that was oky cuz there was a nice little surprise party waiting for me. As well as a few gifts.  I even got a new dress shirt and tie from one of my associates. Then there was the home made flan. Nom nom nom. Monday after work the BF and I were going to dinner to our favorite  restaurant cuz that is what we do for our birthdays and anniversaries. Well when we got there, I was surprised by a table full of my friends. More cake and gifts.  One of my gifts was this monkey.  How cool, a birthday party at Wild Animal Park . Tuesday the BF and I went out to breakfast and lunch. Lunch was at a new exciting place called Bing Crosby's Piano Lounge.  My kind of place. Wednesday was back to work then out to Coronado for cocktails around 7:30 with my girl Sheila.  Thursday was back to work.  The Bf and I took Friday off work.  Side note. Some time back some friends and I had a bad experience at the Hotel Del Coronado, so after some phone calls and email I was able to talk with someone about it and in turn I received a dinner coupon for 4 and a hand full of drink coupons. We thought  Friday night was the perfect night to put these to use. I was to call and let them know that I was going to be there so they could alert the staff. So the BF and I along with Sheila and friend Kimmi showed up about 6pm for cocktails and nibbles.  Talk about VIPs, we had the best time ever and the best service ever as well as the best seats in the house, next to the outside fire place cuz we sat outside. My thank you's to the Del and staff.

Whirlwind...... right.  Its not over.

Saturday  morning was the big day at the Wild Animal Park. I was not sure what to think about a birthday party at the park, and how all was coming. Where we just gong to spend the day at the park? Fun for me I thought to my self but would it be as much fun for all involved!!!
So there we are standing just in side the gates,waiting, waiting,  Sheila then turns to me and says " we will see you later have a nice day at the park"  WHAT...... ummm..... oky......lol
KIDDING " we all are going on a 4 hour behind the scene tour of the park"    OMG it doesn't get any better then that.  Here is a link to the BFs Flicker were all of the photos can be viewed.  I was like a kid in a candy store. I am sure I was hard to control. I also took the Balloon Safari ride. Now we were kept to a time line because.... I guess there was one last surprise.

And a surprise it was. It was an evening on a yacht with friends. Thank you Peter. We drank and eat as we watched the sun set. What an ending to the perfect  week. You all know who you are and I just want to say thanks my friends. Thanks for the good times. I love you all. I am blessed to have all of you in my life
